1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the RedsRacing website (redsracing.org), mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use our Services. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Services.

2. Description of Services

RedsRacing provides a digital platform for the RedsRacing asphalt oval racing team, competing in the Super Cup series. Our Services include:

• Race schedules, results, and live race updates
• Photo galleries and video highlights from race events
• Driver profiles and team information for Jon Kirsch (#8) and Jonny Kirsch (#88)
• Community features including Fan Wall, Q&A, predictions, and leaderboards
• Push notifications for race reminders and team updates
• Role-based dashboards for Racing Fans, Racers, and Crew Members
• Administrative tools for team management

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Services, you must create an account. When you create an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Accept all responsibility for activity that occurs under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in behavior that is harmful to the community.

4. User Roles

Our Services offer three user roles, each with different access levels:

• Racing Fan: Access to public content, community features, fan wall, predictions, and race updates. No invitation code required.
• Racer: Additional access to driver tools, race results entry, and performance tracking. Requires an invitation code from the team.
• Crew Member: Access to team tools, logistics, and coordination features. Requires an invitation code from the team.

Invitation codes are issued at the sole discretion of RedsRacing team administrators. Sharing, selling, or misusing invitation codes is prohibited.

5. User Content

Our Services allow you to post, upload, and share content including text, photos, and other materials ("User Content"). By posting User Content, you:

• Grant RedsRacing a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute your content in connection with the Services
• Represent that you own or have the necessary rights to post the content
• Agree that your content does not violate any third party's rights

User Content on the Fan Wall, Q&A, and gallery may be subject to moderation and approval before being publicly displayed. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable.

6. Prohibited Conduct

When using our Services, you agree not to:

• Post content that is offensive, threatening, abusive, harassing, or discriminatory
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful material
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Services
• Use the Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Interfere with or disrupt the Services or servers
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract data from the Services
• Use the Services to send spam or unsolicited communications

7. Intellectual Property

The Services, including all content, features, design, and branding, are owned by RedsRacing and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. The RedsRacing name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of RedsRacing. You may not use these marks without our prior written permission.

8. Third-Party Services and Advertising

Our Services may contain links to third-party websites, advertisements served by Google AdSense and AdMob, and embedded content from platforms like TikTok. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of third-party websites or services. Your interactions with third-party advertisements and services are governed by the respective third party's terms and policies.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE. YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, REDSRACING SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICES.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Services immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.
